Privacy Notice
Last updated 4 November 2026
This notice explains what personal data Legacy2Leisure LLC (trading as L2L Studios / DIRECT Creative Collective™) collects when you buy or use our interactive app and worksheets, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. We are the data controller for this data.
What we collect
- Order details — your name and email address, provided at checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not by us.
- Support messages — anything you write to us about an order or the app.
- Technical data — basic device, browser, and IP information used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
- Usage data — aggregate, non-identifying counts of which pages are visited.
What we never collect
Your worksheet answers are stored in your own browser and in files you choose to export. They are not uploaded to us, and we cannot read them. If you print or upload a completed worksheet to an AI assistant, that assistant’s own privacy policy applies — not ours.
Why we use it
- to deliver the product and issue your receipt (contract performance);
- to answer support requests and process refunds (contract performance);
- to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
- to keep basic records for accounting and tax (legal obligation);
- to improve the app based on what buyers ask about (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- our payment processor, Stripe, for payments and receipts;
- our hosting and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions;
- our professional advisers (accountants, lawyers);
- public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
How long we keep it
Order and support records are kept for as long as needed for customer service, refunds, and accounting — up to seven years for tax records — and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or request your data in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and least-privilege access — to protect the data we hold.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The worksheets use your browser’s local storage so your work is saved between visits; clearing your browser storage removes it.
Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
